You agree to provide all required content (text, images, branding elements, etc.) by the agreed-upon date. You are responsible for securing necessary licenses or permissions for content provided. Any delays in providing content may delay the project and result in rescheduling.

Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content provided by us. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. We do not provide raw design files (e.g., layered PSDs or editable templates) unless stated otherwise.

By booking services with BCD* Design Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Miscellaneous:
(a) This Agreement shall be construed as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either Party.
(b) Nothing that the Company designs can be resold, or repurposed into an item for sale, like a template or brand kit.
(c) Made by BCD* Design Studio hyperlink is to remain on the Footer of the website for the duration of its life unless agreed upon by the Company.
(d) It is the client's responsibility to provide all content, including images, copy and external links. If said content isn’t provided, it can prevent the site from going live during the one-day intensive. The client can also choose to launch on their own terms if their timeline is geared towards a specific date or other reasons, and releases the Company Service Provider from the responsibility to launch the new website that’s been created.
(e) If Client has not paid an invoice for more than 60 days, the Company may refer the collection of the unpaid amount to an attorney or collections agency. If Client’s unpaid invoices are referred to an attorney or collections agency, Client shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees or collections agency fees as well as the Company deemed time spent on collecting this payment.
(g) Company reserves the right to discontinue work until the compensation due pursuant to this Agreement is paid in full. Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon Client’s failure to pay the compensation due to Company pursuant to this Agreement.

- Add-on services as outlined in your proposal or package
2. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to reserve your project start date.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final delivery of files or site launch.
- Payments not received on time may delay your project timeline.
3. Project Timeline
- We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion.
- Timely communication and content delivery from the Client are required to keep the project on track.
- Delays caused by the Client may result in rescheduling.
4. Revisions
- Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (typically 1–2).
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at an hourly rate or quoted separately.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, you will not be refunded your deposit.
- We reserve the right to cancel a project due to lack of communication, failure to provide content, or breach of these terms.
- Due to the nature of digital design work, all payments made are non-refundable once the project has been delivered. However, we allow for refund requests within three (3) calendar days of the final delivery date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the Client must submit a written request via email within this 3-day period. After that window, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Please note: If any portion of the project has been implemented (i.e., website launched or files transferred), the project will be considered accepted and non-refundable, even if within the 3-day period.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of your website or the performance of any third-party services.
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., traffic, sales) from the website design.
9. Privacy
- All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent.
- We may use project data (not personal or sensitive info) for case studies or educational content.
10. Independent Contractor Status
It is expressly agreed that BCD* Design Studio x barbara caffaratti donalisio NIF Z0873200X is operating as an independent contractor and not as an employee, agent, or legal representative of the Client. The Company retains full control over the manner and method of providing the services outlined in this Agreement, including the selection of tools, techniques, and resources used.
The Company is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, withholdings, and legal obligations arising from compensation received under this Agreement. Additionally, the Company shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations and assumes full responsibility for the actions of any subcontractors or team members involved in delivering the services.
The Company does not have authority to bind, represent, or act on behalf of the Client in any contractual or legal matters.
